Shipping policy

TRINITY JEWELLERS offers free shipping within Canada on your order of $300 or more, after discounts and before taxes. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provide upon checkout.

Within Canada: By default, domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited mail service with tracking and delivery confirmation. Please use the Shipping Calculator on the Cart page to find estimates based on your location. Xpresspost and Priority service are also available.  Please allow 1-3 extra days for order packing and fulfillment.

Outside Canada: By default, US and International orders are shipped via Canada Post Small Packet mail service, without tracking. Tracked Parcel and Express service are also available. Please use the Shipping Calculator on the Cart page to find estimates based on your location. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements. Please note we are not responsible for lost untracked packages due to mishandling by shipping agents worldwide. 
Please allow 1-3 extra days for order packing and fulfillment.

 

Conditions beyond our control may cause additional delivery lead time (weather, strikes, customs, etc.). Shipping time is thus not guaranteed and Trinity Jewellers Ltd. assumes no responsibility for them. Should a significant delay occur, please contact us. Any errors or incomplete addresses can cause additional delays and costs for transhipment.

Note that the workshops and studio are closed for the holidays (from approximately December 23 to January 3). Every year, the dates are announced and displayed in advance. There is no order processed and no shipping during this period.
