Same-Day Jewellery Repair Service

We proudly offer same-day service on many standard jewellery repairs, including chain soldering and ring sizing, during regular weekdays.

Please call us in advance if you require same-day service so we can confirm that we are able to accommodate your repair request that day.

Most routine jewellery repairs are completed within 24 to 72 hours from the time your item is dropped off. If your repair requires a special finding, replacement gemstone, or custom-ordered part, additional time may be required.

All repairs are completed on-site by our experienced master jewellers, who have a combined 60+ years of jewellery repair experience. Our jewellers are available to discuss your repair needs, answer any questions, and recommend the best course of action.

Jewellery Re-Purposing, Re-Styling & Custom Re-Design

Appraisal Services

We offer professional jewellery appraisal services completed by an independent third-party appraiser, ensuring an unbiased and accurate evaluation of your jewellery.

Appraisals are recommended for insurance purposes, estate planning, and establishing the current replacement value of your jewellery. Once your item is received by the appraiser, the appraisal is typically completed within 48–72 hours.

Pearl and Bead Restringing

Preserve the beauty and longevity of your treasured pearl and bead jewellery with our professional in-house restringing service. We carefully restring pearl jewellery using high-quality silk cord, the traditional choice for pearls, providing a secure finish while helping to protect each pearl from rubbing against the next.

For gemstone, crystal, and other non-pearl jewellery, we also offer professional restringing using durable jeweller's wire, selected to provide strength, flexibility, and long-lasting wear.
